If you found you need to go to your ex-boyfriend weeding party after one week, but you find you are much fatter than before. There is a way to lose 10 pounds in two days.The first step is to make up your mind. Make sure you don’t find yourself an excuse to shake your determination to lose your weight.Second, having two days off from your work or school. Don’t let outside activities interfere your schedule for days, because you have to stay at home focusing on shaking off your fat.The next step is to eat a lot of cool ice cream and very hot spicy soup at same time.
