Playing Sports Has Many Advantages




Playing sports is good and has three advantages at least. The first reason is playing sports can help us keep our body slender. For example, if people keep regularly exercise and they usually won’t become fat when they are in the middle age. The second reason is people who playing sports are usually happier. Happy people usually have less stress in their life. If people have stress from different place, playing sports regularly with their friends can let people have lower depression and feel more confident. The last reason is playing sports can let us have more energy and keep away from disease. For instance, playing sports can improve people’s immunity and prevent heart disease. In conclusion, if anyone doesn’t play any sports regularly in their daily life, we better suggest him to start from now as a good habit.
